HOW TO HIRE
It’s easy to get a quick quote or place an order via our online system. Simply navigate through the products menu and add items to your cart. Our preferred method of ordering is via our online system. We believe in keeping costs as low as possible for our customers, so don’t have dedicated admin staff. Feel free to call through if you’d prefer to talk to one of our staff, or also send us an email.
Our online store contains all of the products that we hire. By navigating through the Products menu, you’ll be able to add items to your cart. From here, your submission will be sent through to our office where we will check stock availability, and finalise a pricing quote. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
For all orders we require payment via credit or debit card prior to delivery or collection. Once our staff have confirmed stock availability and pricing, you can submit your payment details via a secure online link that we will provide, or by calling our office.
The majority of our orders require delivery. For weekend events this will usually occur Thursday/Friday with collection occurring the following Monday/Tuesday. Midweek deliveries usually occur the day before the event, with collection the day after. We generally can’t give specific delivery/collection times and ask that you allow us to leave your items at your premises unattended. PICKING UP FROM US
Adept runs a dispatch warehouse only, however we have installed oversized lockers that enable customers to collect and return 24 hours, 7 days a week. On the day of collection we will send you a text with your locker and combination. If your order is too big to fit in lockers we’ll flag this with you upon booking and make other arrangements. Prepayment needs to be arranged prior to locker details being sent out.
